1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the bg11 platform, accessible at bg11.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the site. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products offered by bg11, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering product made available on the platform now or in the future.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the bg11 platform, you affirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Acceptance also extends to any supplementary documents referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms associated with specific promotions.

bg11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bg11 will notify registered players via email or a prominently displayed platform notice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bg11 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bg11 employee or contractor in a role with access to platform systems.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bg11 platform or had an account closed by bg11 for breach of these terms.

bg11 takes its age-verification obligations seriously. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a National ID Card or passport) at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use any real-money service on bg11, you must register a single personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. bg11 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold one and only one active bg11 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement. bg11 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and outstanding balances withheld pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any other person. bg11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact bg11 support immediately at support@bg11.app.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bg11 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your name and the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used to deposit)

Withdrawal requests may be held until KYC documentation is reviewed and approved. Processing of KYC submissions takes up to 72 hours during standard business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your bg11 account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. bg11 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bg11 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to close the associated account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at bg11's discretion.

bg11 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–2 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during BST business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. bg11 is not liable for delays caused by the player's own payment provider or bank.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bg11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a player funds their account from a foreign currency source, the conversion is handled by the relevant payment provider and bg11 is not responsible for the exchange rate applied.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bg11 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity. Deposits must represent legitimate personal funds. bg11 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual deposit patterns. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering will be frozen immediately and the matter escalated to relevant authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bg11 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that specific offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, game contribution rates, minimum odds requirements, and bonus validity period are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bg11 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse bonuses where it suspects that a player is exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of those offers. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to meet requirements, and using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bg11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its suspension will not be disadvantaged in relation to the qualifying action already taken, but no further opt-ins will be accepted once a promotion is suspended or closed.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Random Number Generators

All casino games on the bg11 platform that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are sourced from certified third-party providers. The RNG systems used by these providers are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and that no outcome can be predicted or manipulated. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective provider and are available in the game information panel.

6.3 Bets Placed in Error

bg11 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. bg11 is not liable for any winnings derived from an obvious error in odds or game configuration.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting and all other sports betting markets on bg11 are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. Pre-match bets are settled according to official result data from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bg11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or guarantee profits irrespective of outcome.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their bg11 account at any time by contacting customer support at support@bg11.app. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe that your gambling is becoming problematic, bg11 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings. Self-exclusion will close your account for a minimum period of 6 months, during which time you will not be able to re-register or access any bg11 service. 8.3 Termination by bg11

bg11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, bg11 will notify the player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final closure decision is made, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm, fraud, or regulatory breach. Where termination is due to proven fraud or prohibited conduct, bg11 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or real-money activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. bg11 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant account balances after the 12-month dormancy threshold is reached. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied. Reactivation of a dormant account is possible by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

8.5 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable general principles of international online gaming law. In the event of a dispute, players should first contact bg11 support to seek resolution through the platform's internal complaints process. bg11 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, players may seek further recourse through appropriate channels available in their jurisdiction.
